ABOUT
The emergence of Large Language Models (LLMs) has shifted the intelligent systems paradigm from isolated autonomous agents to interconnected networks of specialized AI agents cooperating to achieve complex goals. While the Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) community offers decades of foundational research on coordination and distributed decision-making, the operational deployment of agentic AI introduces novel socio-technical challenges. Modern organizations are evolving into hybrid ecosystems where human workers collaborate with heterogeneous autonomous agents powered by LLMs, symbolic reasoning, and external services. The goal of this workshop is to address the theoretical, operational, and governance gaps of the deployment of multiples and heterogenous AI agents within organizations.
We bring together researchers and practitioners across MAS, Agentic AI, Information Systems, Organizational Theory, Human-AI Collaboration, and Ethics to shape the future of organizational AI.
